Build a professional Skool community around your business, expertise, and vision without having to manage the course organization, design, and platform setup yourself.

Unlike the Ready-to-Launch Skool Community, this service is customized around your business, audience, branding, and program needs. Choose between a Skool Community Buildout for a community developed from the ground up or a Skool Community Revamp to improve an existing community.

Option 1: Skool Community Buildout

Designed for businesses, professionals, and experts who want a custom Skool community developed around their expertise, audience, and goals.

What's Included

• Up to 9 custom-developed Skool courses with complete setup and upload, including course topics, titles, organized lessons, complete course structures, and learning flow based on the needs and scope of your program. The number of courses will vary depending on your content and program needs.
• Custom community branding and design, including course banners and applicable visual elements created using the logo, brand colors, professional images, and visual direction you provide.
• Custom supporting materials, including worksheets, guides, reference materials, templates, practical exercises, and other resources developed to complement your program.

★ Your program is developed as a text-based, self-paced curriculum. Audio instruction, video/visual lessons, and live instruction are not included. You may provide your own audio, video, or live-lesson content for upload as part of the community buildout.

Option 2: Skool Community Revamp

Designed for clients who already have a Skool community and want to improve its structure, organization, and visual presentation without starting over.

What's Included

• Course Revamp — Restructuring and refinement of your existing courses and lessons to improve organization, content flow, and the overall member experience.
• Banner Design Revamp — Redesigned course banners using the brand assets and visual direction you provide.
• Community Refresh & Implementation — Updates to the organization and presentation of your existing community, with approved changes implemented directly within your Skool account.

★ The Skool Community Revamp works with your existing courses and content. New course development, substantial new curriculum, and custom supporting materials are not included.

How It Works

1. Choose Your Service
   Select the Skool Community Buildout or Skool Community Revamp based on your needs.
2. Submit Your Information
   Provide the content, business information, branding, and materials needed to complete your project.
3. Development & Implementation
   Your project is completed according to the agreed-upon scope, with the applicable content, courses, branding, and materials organized and implemented directly within your Skool account.

Please Note

• An active Skool account is required. Skool subscription and ongoing platform costs are your responsibility.
• Logo creation, professional photography, stock-image sourcing, and AI-generated images are not included. Requests outside the agreed-upon scope may require an additional fee.
• This is a digital service delivered through your Skool account. No physical product will be shipped.

Once you have paid click HERE to complete the design inquiry form. This form must be completed within 2 hours. Failure to do so could delay production of your digital product(s).

Digital Product Policy: This is a digital product. No physical product will be delivered to you. 

Turnaround Time: 7-10 business days and begins once all required information has been received. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Expedited Turnaround: Available for an additional fee and delivered within 3-5 business days. once all required information has been received. All materials must be submitted within 1 hour of purchase with timely communication. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the expedited fee and the order reverting to standard turnaround.

Revision Limit: Includes up to two complimentary revisions within scope. Revisions must be requested within 24 hours of delivery or will be forfeited. Additional revisions or requests outside of scope are $25 each.

Revision Time: Each revision may take up to 24 hours and is not included in the original delivery timeframe.

Communication & Inactivity: Timely communication and submission of required materials are required. Failure to respond may result in delays, project inactivity, or forfeiture of services per our full policy.

Delivery: Delivery is considered complete once final files have been sent.

Submission of Information: All requested info can be sent via email: bossbaeblvd@gmail.com. Please include your order number and name within the subject field of the email.

Client Photo Submission Policy: To ensure the highest quality for your Acuity Booking Site Design, all photos must be provided by the client and must be professional quality. The following guidelines must be adhered to:

• Client Responsibility: If you would like photos included in your project, it is the client’s responsibility to submit all photos by the requested deadline. Boss Babe Blvd™ does not source or provide client photos.
• AI-Generated Images Not Included: AI-generated images are not included in our Acuity Booking Site design package. 
• Photo Quality: All images must be clear, high resolution, and free from blurriness, heavy filters, pixelation, or distortion.
• Appropriate Formats: Please submit images in common formats such as .JPG or .PNG. Images should be sent in their original, uncompressed form for best quality. Screenshots will not be accepted.
• Right to Decline: Boss Babe Blvd™ reserves the right to decline any photos deemed to be of insufficient quality, including images that are blurry, pixelated, distorted, poorly lit, or otherwise unsuitable for professional design.
• Legal Rights & Licensing: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all submitted photos are legally owned or properly licensed for use. Boss Babe Blvd™ is not liable for any copyright infringement or legal issues arising from the use of photos submitted by the client.
