Chargeback & Dispute Policy

For the purposes of this policy, “Boss Babe Blvd™,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Boss Babe Blvd™ and its representatives.

Purpose
This policy outlines the expectations, procedures, and consequences related to payment disputes and chargebacks. It is designed to protect both the customer and Boss Babe Blvd™ while ensuring fair and timely resolution of concerns.

Related Policies
This Chargeback and Dispute Policy should be read in conjunction with all Boss Babe Blvd™ policies, including but not limited to the Refund Policy and Graphic Design Services Policy. These policies collectively govern all purchases, services, and digital products offered by Boss Babe Blvd™.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Boss Babe Blvd™ policies, including but not limited to the Refund Policy, Graphic Design Services Policy, and Chargeback and Dispute Policy. Failure to review any policy does not exempt the customer from being bound by its terms.

Agreement to Policies
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms agreement to all Boss Babe Blvd™ policies at checkout, including but not limited to the Refund Policy, Graphic Design Services Policy, and Chargeback and Dispute Policy. This agreement may be recorded through system logs, timestamps, and IP address tracking.

Dispute Coverage
This policy applies to all disputes, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment disputes, and claims filed through banks or payment providers.

Agreement to Resolve Directly
The customer agrees to contact Boss Babe Blvd™ directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.

Proof of Transaction and Delivery
Boss Babe Blvd™ maintains records of all transactions, including but not limited to payment confirmations, IP address logs, agreement to policies at checkout, communication history, and proof of digital delivery through email, download access, or file transfer systems. These records will be used to dispute any chargeback or dispute.

Non Refundable Agreement
All purchases are governed by the Refund Policy. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges that all sales are final and that digital products and services are non-refundable once delivered or work has commenced.

Services Fulfillment
Services that have been started, are in progress, or have been completed are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for reversal, dispute, or chargeback under any circumstance.

Dispute Notification Window
Customers must notify Boss Babe Blvd™ of any concerns within 48 hours of receiving their product or service. Failure to do so may limit the ability to resolve the issue outside of the dispute or chargeback process.

Chargeback Misuse
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue directly, or after receiving the product or service as agreed, may be considered misuse of the dispute process.

Fraudulent or Abusive Activity
Boss Babe Blvd™ reserves the right to take action in cases where a chargeback or dispute is determined to involve fraudulent activity, intentional misuse, or abuse of the payment process. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a customer has received the product or service and attempts to reverse the transaction without valid cause.

Response to Chargebacks and Disputes
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, Boss Babe Blvd™ will submit all relevant evidence to the payment processor or issuing bank, including but not limited to proof of purchase, delivery confirmation, communication records, project files, drafts, timestamps, and agreement to policies. Boss Babe Blvd™ reserves the right to fully contest any dispute.

Consequences of Chargebacks and Disputes
Boss Babe Blvd™ reserves the right to take action in response to chargebacks or disputes, including but not limited to restriction or termination of services, refusal of future business, and recovery of any losses or fees incurred as a result of the dispute, to the extent permitted by law.

Fees and Cost Recovery
Customers may be held responsible for any fees, administrative costs, or financial losses resulting from a chargeback or dispute, including processing fees, service costs, and time spent resolving the dispute, to the extent permitted by law.

Legal Action
Boss Babe Blvd™ reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases involving fraud, abuse, or repeated misuse of the chargeback or dispute process. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to be responsible for any legal fees, costs, or expenses incurred by Boss Babe Blvd™ as a result of such actions.

Governing Law
Any legal action arising from or related to these policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi.

Limitation of Liability
Boss Babe Blvd™ shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from disputes or chargebacks. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

Fraud Monitoring
Boss Babe Blvd™ actively monitors transactions and dispute activity. Suspicious or abusive behavior may be reported to relevant financial institutions or authorities when appropriate.

Policy Updates
Boss Babe Blvd™ reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. These updates apply to all products and services, including but not limited to digital products and graphic design services. Continued use of our services or purchase of digital products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
