This Digital Product Policy should be read in conjunction with all Boss Babe Blvd™ policies, including but not limited to the Refund Policy, Terms of Service, Chargeback and Dispute Policy, and any applicable legal provisions. These policies collectively govern all purchases, digital products, and transactions.

All products are digital. No physical product will be shipped or delivered.
Delivery and Access
Digital products are delivered electronically and are considered delivered once access has been granted, files have been made available on the order confirmation page or sent to the email address provided at checkout. Access to a digital product constitutes delivery, regardless of whether the product is downloaded, opened, or used.
Instant Delivery
Digital products are typically available immediately after purchase. A download link will be provided on the order confirmation page and may also be sent to the email address entered at checkout.
Email Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their email address at checkout. Boss Babe Blvd™ is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled email addresses.
Technical Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary software, applications, accounts, and technical ability to access, download, and use digital products. Boss Babe Blvd™ is not responsible for incompatibility with specific devices, platforms, or software. Boss Babe Blvd™ is not responsible for the customer’s ability or inability to use, edit, or customize any digital product.
Canva Requirement
For digital products delivered as Canva templates, an active Canva account is required to access and use the product. Some elements, fonts, images, or features used within the template may require a Canva Pro subscription. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate Canva access. Customers may choose to upgrade to Canva Pro or replace any Pro elements with free alternatives available within Canva. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided due to the customer not having an active Canva account or Canva Pro subscription.
No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
Usage and License
All digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. Customers may not share, distribute, resell, reproduce, copy, modify, or transfer any product, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Boss Babe Blvd™. Unauthorized use, distribution, or resale may result in legal action. Digital products are provided as-is and are not customized unless explicitly stated as part of a service.
Access and Security
Boss Babe Blvd™ reserves the right to revoke or restrict access to digital products without refund if any policy is violated, including unauthorized sharing, distribution, misuse, or violation of any Boss Babe Blvd™ policy.

No Guarantee
Boss Babe Blvd™ does not guarantee specific results, performance outcomes, business success, or financial gain from the use of any digital product. Results may vary based on individual effort, implementation, and external factors beyond our control.
Legal Enforcement
Any disputes arising from or related to digital product purchases shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and legal provisions outlined in the Boss Babe Blvd™ policies. The customer agrees to comply with all applicable policies, including those related to legal action, dispute resolution, and responsibility for associated costs. Accessing or downloading any digital product and subsequently initiating a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a violation of this policy and may result in further action, including but not limited to legal action. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to be responsible for all legal fees, court costs, collection costs, and any other expenses incurred by Boss Babe Blvd™ in connection with any dispute, claim, chargeback, or enforcement of these policies.
Governing Law
This policy and any disputes arising from or related to digital product purchases shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi.
