Graphic Design Service Policy

Clients are responsible for thoroughly reading the product description and service details before making a purchase. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you understand the scope, requirements, and expectations outlined for the graphic design services and agree to all terms and policies stated herein.

For the purposes of this policy, “Boss Babe Blvd™,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Boss Babe Blvd™ and its representatives.

Related Policies
This Graphic Design Services Policy should be read in conjunction with all Boss Babe Blvd™ policies, including but not limited to the Refund Policy, Terms of Service, Chargeback and Dispute Policy, and Privacy Policy. These policies collectively govern all purchases, services, and digital products offered by Boss Babe Blvd™.

Agreement to Policies
By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Boss Babe Blvd™ policies. Failure to review any policy does not exempt the client from being bound by its terms. This agreement may be recorded through system logs, timestamps, and IP address tracking.

Payment Authorization
By completing a purchase, the client confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and approve all charges associated with the order.

All Sales Are Final
All service purchases are final. Due to the custom nature of graphic design services, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.

Once a project has been initiated, cancellations are not permitted and no refunds will be issued for any portion of the service.

Graphic Design Inquiry Form
After payment, clients are required to complete the Graphic Design Inquiry Form. This form must be submitted within 2 hours of payment to avoid delays in the production of your digital product(s). Turnaround time does not begin until the Graphic Design Inquiry Form and all required materials have been fully completed and submitted accurately.

Submission of Information
All requested materials must be submitted through the Graphic Design Inquiry Form unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Turnaround time will not begin until all required information and materials have been fully completed and submitted.

If alternative submission is approved, materials must be sent via email to bossbaeblvd@gmail.com with the client’s full name and order number included in the subject line for proper identification. Clients are responsible for ensuring all submitted materials are accurate and complete.

Client Photo Submission Policy: To ensure the highest quality for your website design, all photos must be provided by the client and must be professional quality. The following guidelines must be adhered to:

• Client Responsibility: If you would like photos included, it is the client’s responsibility to submit all photos by the requested deadline. Boss Babe Blvd™ does not source or provide client photos.
• AI-Generated Images Not Included: AI-generated images are not included in our website design package. 
• Photo Quality: All images must be clear, high resolution, and free from blurriness, heavy filters, pixelation, or distortion.
• Appropriate Formats: Please submit images in common formats such as .JPG or .PNG. Images should be sent in their original, uncompressed form for best quality. Screenshots will not be accepted.
• Right to Decline: Boss Babe Blvd™ reserves the right to decline any photos deemed to be of insufficient quality, including images that are blurry, pixelated, distorted, poorly lit, or otherwise unsuitable for professional design.
• Legal Rights & Licensing: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all submitted photos are legally owned or properly licensed for use. Boss Babe Blvd™ is not liable for any copyright infringement or legal issues arising from the use of photos submitted by the client.

Communication
Clients must actively engage and communicate throughout the project. This includes responding to all forms of communication, including but not limited to text messages, phone calls, emails, and direct messages, within 24 hours. Failure to communicate may result in delays.

Delays in communication or submission of required materials will extend project timelines and do not constitute a breach of service by Boss Babe Blvd™.

Scope of Work
All services are limited to the scope outlined in the selected design package. Any additional requests outside of the original scope will be subject to additional fees.

Digital Product Policy
Boss Babe Blvd™ graphic design services are considered digital products and will be delivered electronically. No physical product will be provided.

Turnaround Time
The typical turnaround time is 4 to 7 business days after all required information has been received. Business days exclude weekends, holidays, and closures.

Any delays caused by the client will extend the project timeline accordingly.

Expedited Turnaround
Expedited services are available for an additional fee and delivered within 24 to 48 hours once all required information has been received.

Clients who select expedited turnaround services are required to respond to all communication attempts within 1 hour. Failure to do so will result in delays and forfeiture of expedited turnaround status. The expedited service fee is non-refundable and will not be credited, transferred, or applied to future services.

Ghosting Policy
If a client fails to communicate or provide required materials for 7 consecutive calendar days, the project will be deemed inactive.

The client has 7 additional days to resume communication. A reactivation fee equal to 25% of the original project cost will apply.

If no response is received, the project will be deemed abandoned and will not be eligible for reactivation. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Boss Babe Blvd™ reserves the right to determine project status and is not liable for any delays resulting from lack of communication or failure to submit required information, materials, or details necessary for project completion.

Revision Limit
Clients are entitled to two complimentary revisions within the original scope. Additional revisions or major changes will incur additional fees.

Initial concepts are based on client-provided information. Dissatisfaction with initial concepts does not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Revision Time
Each revision may take up to 24 hours.

Delivery and Acceptance
Final designs will be delivered electronically. Delivery constitutes completion of the project. Any additional revisions, modifications, or requests beyond the included scope or after delivery will be treated as a new service and may be subject to additional fees.

The client is responsible for reviewing the product or service description prior to purchase to understand what file types, formats, sizes, and deliverables are included. Boss Babe Blvd™ is not responsible for any assumptions or misunderstandings regarding included files.

The client is responsible for reviewing and verifying all final files upon receipt before use. Failure to request revisions within 24 hours constitutes acceptance of the final deliverables. Any additional revisions requested after acceptance will be treated as a new service.

Final files will be provided in standard, non-editable formats including PDF, JPG, and PNG. Editable or source files, including but not limited to Canva access, PSD, AI, or any layered or working files, are not included and must be purchased separately if available. No additional file formats will be provided unless previously specified.

Boss Babe Blvd™ is not responsible for design scalability, resizing, reformatting, or adaptation of final files across different platforms, dimensions, or use cases. Any additional sizes, formats, or modifications must be requested in advance and may be subject to additional fees.

Boss Babe Blvd™ is not responsible for compatibility issues across platforms, software, or third-party applications once files are delivered. Colors may vary across screens and printers, and Boss Babe Blvd™ is not responsible for color variations after delivery.

File Retention
Boss Babe Blvd™ is not responsible for storing files after delivery. Clients must save all files.

Ownership and Usage
All design work remains the intellectual property of Boss Babe Blvd™ until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted usage rights for the intended purpose only.

Designs may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or reused without written permission.

Boss Babe Blvd™ is not responsible for how designs are used after delivery, including misuse, incorrect formatting, or performance outcomes.

Promotional Use Policy
Boss Babe Blvd™ reserves the right to use, display, reproduce, and distribute completed designs for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes. This includes but is not limited to use on websites, social media platforms, advertisements, and other marketing materials. By purchasing services, the client grants Boss Babe Blvd™ a non-exclusive, perpetual, and royalty-free right to use the final design work for these purposes. Clients are not entitled to compensation, royalties, or credit for any promotional use.

Non Transferable
All services and purchases are non-transferable and may not be reassigned, shared, resold, or transferred to another individual, business, or entity without prior written consent from Boss Babe Blvd™. Any unauthorized transfer or use may result in termination of services without refund.

No Guarantee
Boss Babe Blvd™ does not guarantee specific results, performance outcomes, engagement, conversions, or business success from the use of any design, service, or digital product. Results may vary based on multiple factors outside of our control, including but not limited to marketing strategy, audience, platform algorithms, and implementation.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boss Babe Blvd™ shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of any product or service. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific product or service in question. Boss Babe Blvd™ is not responsible for any issues, errors, delays, or limitations related to third-party platforms, software, applications, printing services, or external providers used in connection with the final deliverables.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Boss Babe Blvd™ to resolve the issue. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the Boss Babe Blvd™ Chargeback and Dispute Policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy constitutes a breach of agreement and may result in immediate service termination, revocation of access to delivered files or services, and further action as permitted by law.

Legal Action
Boss Babe Blvd™ reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases involving fraud, abuse, misuse of services, or violation of any policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the client agrees to be responsible for all legal fees, court costs, collection costs, and expenses incurred by Boss Babe Blvd™ in connection with any dispute, claim, chargeback, or enforcement of these policies.

Access Revocation
Boss Babe Blvd™ reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or restrict access to any files, services, deliverables, or ongoing projects without refund if the client violates any policy, engages in misconduct, initiates unauthorized chargebacks, or fails to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement. Revocation of access may include but is not limited to removal of file access, termination of services, and denial of future services.

Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boss Babe Blvd™, its owners, representatives, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal actions arising from or related to the client’s use of submitted materials, provided content, or final designs. This includes but is not limited to claims involving copyright infringement, trademark violations, misuse of content, or unauthorized use of third-party materials.

Force Majeure
Boss Babe Blvd™ shall not be held liable for any delays, interruptions, or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, illness, labor shortages, governmental actions, or technical failures. Any such delays do not constitute a breach of service.

Non-Disparagement
Clients agree not to make any false, misleading, or defamatory statements regarding Boss Babe Blvd™, its services, or its representatives. This includes but is not limited to statements made on social media, online platforms, reviews, or through word of mouth. Clients agree to address any concerns, complaints, or disputes directly with Boss Babe Blvd™ prior to making any public or third-party statements. Violation of this clause may result in service termination and further action as permitted by law. Nothing in this clause is intended to restrict lawful, truthful reviews or statements permitted by applicable law.

No Partnership
Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency relationship between the client and Boss Babe Blvd™. Both parties acknowledge that they are independent entities and that no authority is granted to either party to act on behalf of the other.

Severability
If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent.

Entire Agreement
This policy constitutes the entire agreement between the client and Boss Babe Blvd™ and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether written, verbal, or electronic.

Governing Law
These policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi.

Policy Updates
Boss Babe Blvd™ reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting. It is the client’s responsibility to review all policies periodically. Continued use of services, access to products, or any interaction with Boss Babe Blvd™ after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policies.
