Option 1: Website Maintenance

For businesses with an existing Shopify website that need minor updates or ongoing changes without a redesign. Includes up to 3 maintenance updates per order.

What’s Included:

• Products, Services & Apps: Add or remove products, services, or Shopify applications.
• Website Updates: Update store policies, digital product automations, navigation, menus, links, and other existing content.
• Domain Assistance: Connect or transfer an existing domain, if needed.
• Purchased Theme Installation: Upload and install a purchased Shopify theme using its existing design and layout.

Please Note: Website Maintenance does not include website redesign or custom graphic design. Custom banners, product/service covers, collection covers, theme customization, and other design requests can be added for an additional fee. Projects requiring more extensive design or structural changes may require the Website Revamp service.

Option 2: Website Revamp

For businesses with an existing Shopify website that are ready for a refreshed design, better organization, and a more polished online presence.

What’s Included:

• Custom Website Design: Refresh of your homepage with custom website banners, product/service covers, and collection covers.
• Product & Service Setup: Setup for up to 15 products or services. Additional uploads are available for an additional fee.
• Website Organization: Organize and update navigation, menus, links, and existing content for a cleaner customer experience.
• Website Applications: Add or remove Shopify applications needed for your updated website.

Bonus: Receive two professionally designed Canva templates that coordinate with your updated website for creating future product or service graphics.

Option 3: Website Buildout (Setup + Design)

For businesses starting from the ground up and ready for a professionally designed Shopify website.

What’s Included:

• Custom Website Design: Custom homepage design with website banners, product/service covers, and collection covers.
• Complete Website Setup: Setup of product/service pages, checkout, menus, quick links, store policies, social media links, and Shopify applications.
• Product & Service Setup: Setup for up to 25 products or services. Additional uploads are available for an additional fee.
• Domain Setup & Connection: Setup and connection of one custom domain. If you already own a domain through another provider, we can assist with connecting or transferring it to Shopify, if needed. Domain purchase is not included and must be purchased separately by the client.
• Navigation & Organization: Structure your website content, navigation, menus, and links to create a polished and easy to navigate storefront.

Bonus: Receive two professionally designed Canva templates that coordinate with your new website for creating future product or service graphics.

Important Information

Shopify & Third Party Fees: A Shopify account is required for Website Buildout services. Shopify subscription fees, domain purchases and renewals, paid themes, paid applications, and other third party expenses are the client's responsibility and are not included in the service price.

Payment Method Setup: To protect your personal and financial information, Boss Babe Blvd does not enter or manage client payment or banking information. Our team can provide step by step assistance to help you complete your Shopify payment setup.

Additional products, services, graphics, or requests outside the selected service may require an additional fee.

Once you have paid click HERE to complete the design inquiry form. This form must be completed within 2 hours. Failure to do so could delay production of your digital product(s).

Digital Product Policy: This is a digital product. No physical product will be delivered to you. 

Turnaround Time: 4-7 business days and begins once all required information has been received. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Expedited Turnaround: Available for an additional fee and delivered within 24–48 hours once all required information has been received. All materials must be submitted within 1 hour of purchase with timely communication. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the expedited fee and the order reverting to standard turnaround.

Revision Limit: Includes up to two complimentary revisions within scope. Revisions must be requested within 24 hours of delivery or will be forfeited. Additional revisions or requests outside of scope are $25 each.

Revision Time: Each revision may take up to 24 hours and is not included in the original delivery timeframe.

Communication & Inactivity: Timely communication and submission of required materials are required. Failure to respond may result in delays, project inactivity, or forfeiture of services per our full policy.

Delivery: Delivery is considered complete once final files have been sent.

Submission of Information: All requested info can be sent via email: bossbaeblvd@gmail.com. Please include your order number and name within the subject field of the email.

Client Photo Submission Policy: To ensure the highest quality for your website design, all photos must be provided by the client and must be professional quality. The following guidelines must be adhered to:

• Client Responsibility: If you would like photos included, it is the client’s responsibility to submit all photos by the requested deadline. Boss Babe Blvd™ does not source or provide client photos.
• AI-Generated Images Not Included: AI-generated images are not included in our website design package. 
• Photo Quality: All images must be clear, high resolution, and free from blurriness, heavy filters, pixelation, or distortion.
• Appropriate Formats: Please submit images in common formats such as .JPG or .PNG. Images should be sent in their original, uncompressed form for best quality. Screenshots will not be accepted.
• Right to Decline: Boss Babe Blvd™ reserves the right to decline any photos deemed to be of insufficient quality, including images that are blurry, pixelated, distorted, poorly lit, or otherwise unsuitable for professional design.
• Legal Rights & Licensing: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all submitted photos are legally owned or properly licensed for use. Boss Babe Blvd™ is not liable for any copyright infringement or legal issues arising from the use of photos submitted by the client.
